先天梅毒感染与梅毒产妇的相关性研究

目的：分析研究先天梅毒感染与梅毒产妇的相关性。方法：搜集整理2011年1月至2016年1月在该院住院分娩的梅毒产妇及其所生婴幼儿随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果：2965例住院分娩产妇中422例患妊娠梅毒，随访中所有梅毒感染孕妇所生儿童2例感染，先天梅毒感染的发病率为4．74‰。结论：先天梅毒感染与梅毒产妇及其配偶的文化程度、职业和产妇既往流产史以及是否经过规范治疗有关。对特殊人群加强普及梅毒母婴传播知识，提高他们的筛查、治疗意识，能有效地控制先天梅毒感染。

Objective:Neonatal syphilis infection and syphilis maternal correlation studiesTo analyze neonatal syphilis infection and syphilis maternal corre-lation.Methods:Collect from January 2011 to January 2016 in our hospital childbirth puerpera and syphilis syphilis maternal infant born to follow -up data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:2965 cases of hospitalized pregnant women in 422 cases of syphilis in pregnancy,follow -up of children born to women who took all the syphilis infection in 2 cases of infection,the incidence of congenital syphilis infection was 4.74‰.Conclusions:Neonatal syphilis infection and syphi-lis lying -in women and their spouses cultural degree,occupation and maternal history of abortion and whether after standard therapy.
