| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨癫痫性抑郁障碍的临床特点及其与抑郁症在临床上的差异。方法：以28例癫痫性抑郁障碍与30例抑郁症作对照比较：结果：癫痫性抑郁障碍患者抑郁症状出现的年龄较早，言语减少、迟缓、昼重夜轻、疑病、偏执、胃肠道症状出现率较低．治疗后显效较快，抗抑郁药使用率较低，疗效与抑郁症组相仿。结论：癫痫性抑郁障碍与抑郁症在临床上存在某些差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Compare the clinical features between epileptic depression and major depression. Method:28 cases of epileptic depression and 30 cases of major depression were involved. Results:Epileptic depression showed following clinical characteristics: earlier onset,little words,retardation, morning worsening and evening remission,less hypochondrial,paranoid and gastrointestinal symptoms. Conclusion:Depression produced in epilepsy was different from major depression in some clinical manifestations. |
