| 摘 要： | 目的比较以吡柔比星为主的化疗方案和以阿霉素为主的化疗方案治疗中晚期胃癌的治疗效果和毒副作用.方法对2002年12月至2003年12月间我科采用吡柔比星或阿霉素、丝裂霉素、5-Fu联合治疗的中晚期胃癌90例患者进行分析,总结近期治疗效果及比较两者毒副作用的大小.结果治疗组50例,总有效率32.0%,且毒副反应轻;对照组40例,总有效率30.0%,毒副反应重.结论以吡柔比星为主的化疗方案是治疗中晚期胃癌的有效手段,毒副反应轻,患者易接受.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy and toxicity of THP and adriamycin combined with intravenous chemotherapy on advanced gastric carcinomas.Methods The data of 90 cases of advanced gastric cancers received intravenous with THP,MMC and 5-Fu between December in 2002 and December in 2003 were analyzed.Results The total rate of therapeutic effectiveness is 32.0% in the therapeutic group and the reaction of toxicity is mild,while the rate of that in the compare group is 30.0%.However,it is found that the reaction of toxicity is serious.Conclusion THP combined with intravenous chemotherapy is an effective method with mild toxicity which patient can accept. |
