创伤性动脉瘤12例治疗临床分析

目的：探讨颅内创伤性动脉瘤诊断和治疗的经验。方法：回顾分析了近10年来使用介入方法治疗创伤性颅内动脉瘤患者的临床效果。结果：12例颅内动脉瘤患者均使用可脱球囊闭塞假性动脉瘤瘤颈，同时闭塞载瘤动脉。12例创伤性颅内动脉瘤中，6例恢复正常工作，3例轻残，2例重残需人照料，术后死亡1例。结论：创伤性动脉瘤极其罕见，对于外伤引起的蛛网膜下腔出血及大量鼻出血情况均应考虑创伤性动脉瘤的形成。此类动脉瘤行介入治疗为最佳选择。

Experience in Treating 12 Patients With Aumaticaneurysm

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and therapy in treating traumaticaneurysm. Methods The clinical information of 12 patients with traumaticaneurysm in the recent 10 years were reported and retrospectively analyzed. All the cases were treated with the intcrventional therapy. Result All the cases were operated to occlude the neck of pseudoaneurysme by detachable balloons. Of 12 patients with traumaticaneurysm, 6 recovered to normal work, 3 were mildly disabled, 2 severely disabled and 1 were died after the operation. Conclusion Traumaticaneurysm is extremely rare in clinical practice. The diagnosis should be suspected in any patient who had head trauma and caused subarachnoid hemorrhage or epistaxis. Interventional procedures is the best choice in treating aumatcaneurysm
