摘    要:目的:了解本地区儿童体内含有铜、锌、钙、铁、镁这5种微量元素的情况及影响因素,以便作出相应措施,提高儿童健康水平。方法:对2009年1月-2010年12月来笔者所在医院儿童保健门诊就诊0-6岁的500名儿童取血,采用原子吸收分光光度法对这500名儿童进行微量元素的测量。结果:不同年龄段,除铜(P>0.05)外,锌、铁、钙、镁四种微量元素的含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,随年龄的增长,儿童体内镁、锌、铁3种微量元素的含量呈上升趋势,而钙元素含量呈下降趋势。结论:本地区儿童普遍存在锌、铁、钙3种元素的缺乏,年龄越小,越易发生锌、铁、钙的缺乏,提示要合理饮食,均衡营养,增加锌、铁、钙的摄入并加强其吸收。

Abstract:Objective:Understanding of the region containing copper,zinc in children,calcium,iron,magnesium,the 5 kinds of trace elements and influencing factors,in order to make corresponding measures,improve the health level of children.Methods:From 2009 to 2010 to the hospital in 0-6 years old in 500 children with blood,using the atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the 500 children of trace elements measurement.Results:The results of different age,except for copper(P>0.05),zinc,iron,calcium,magnesium in four kinds of trace elements content difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,with the increase of age,magnesium,zinc,iron in children of 3 kinds of trace elements content shows ascendant trend,and the calcium content decreased.Conclusion:The prevalence of zinc in children,iron,calcium 3 elements lack,younger,more prone to zinc,iron,calcium deficiency,suggest to the reasonable diet,balanced nutrition,increase of zinc,iron,calcium intake and strengthen its absorption.
