中药内服外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变66例临床观察

目的:观察中药内服外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将130例患者随机分为两组。对照组64例,口服甲钴胺,肌肉注射B族维生素等常规治疗;治疗组66例在对照组基础上加用中药内服外洗治疗。30d为1疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为89.06%,对照组为59.38%,两组比较差异非常显著性意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后红细胞压积,纤维蛋白原均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05),而对照组治疗前后比较差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:中药内服外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能明显提高疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 66 cases of DPN in TCM

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of TCM in treating DPN.Methods: 130 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(64 cases) was treated with the conventional treatment of methylcobalamin and intramuscular injection of the B vitamins;on the basis on treatment of the control group,the treated group(66 cases) was treated in TCM.30 days of a course of treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the treated group was 89.06%,59.38% of the control group,the difference was very significant(P<0.01).After treatment,red blood cells,hematocrit,and fibrinogen were decreased in the treated group,compared with before treatment difference was significant(P<0.05),while the control group before and after treatment difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: TCM was effective in treating DPN.
