阿托伐他汀对代谢综合征患者血脂及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对代谢综合征患者血脂及超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响及其安全性。方法:检测50例使用阿托伐他汀治疗前、治疗3个月后的代谢综合征患者血清hsCRP水平、血脂水平、肝肾功能和肌溶解反应。50例年龄与性别相匹配的健康者作为正常对照。结果:治疗前治疗组血清hsCRP高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗3个月后,治疗组hsCRP、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均明显下降(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平上升(P>0.05),而丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)水平均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:应用阿托伐他汀治疗代谢综合征患者,调脂效果明显,显著降低血清hsCRP水平,并且无明显肝肾功能损害和肌溶解等不良反应。

The efficacy of atorvastatin on blood lipid and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with pmetabolic syndrome

Objective:To observe the efficacy of atorvastatin on blood lipid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with pmetabolic syndrome.Methods:50 patients with pmetabolic syndrome (treatment group) received atorvastatin for 3 months.The levels of hs CRP,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesteorl(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine(Cr)and creatine kinase(CK) were detected before treatment and at the third month of treatment,and were compared with those in 50 healthy people (control group).Results:The level of hs CRP in treatment group before treatment were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment of atorvastatin for 3 months,the levels of hs CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly lower in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment of atorvastatin for 3 months,the levels of ALT,BUN,Cr and CK remained unchanged(P>0.05).Conclusins:Treatment of atorvastatin in patients with pmetabolic syndrome can decrease the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and hs CRP significantly.The adverse reactions about liver functional lesion,renal functional lesion or rhabdomyolysis of atorvastatin do not appear.
