摘    要:病人满意度反映了病人的主观感受,它受到诸多因素影响,其中医患关系是影响病人对医院满意程度的重要组成因素。和谐的医患关系,是促进相互理解、信任,加强沟通,提高病人满意度,忠诚度的桥梁。建立确实有效的满意度管理机制,在提高病人满意度以及促进医患和谐的同时,带来的不仅是一个医院的声誉提高,也将促进和谐社会的关键。

Abstract:Patient satisfaction reflects the patients'subjective feelings which are subject to several factors. The physician -patient relationship is the critical factor of patients'satisfaction with the hospital. Harmonious doctorpatient relationship is the bridge of promoting mutual understanding, trust, and communication, and also improves patients' satisfaction and loyalty with the hospital. The establishment of effective mechanisms for the management in improving patient satisfaction will be an important link with the harmonious doctor - patient relationship, at the same time raise the reputation of hospital to build up a harmonious society.
