| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在小脑梗死中的诊断价值。方法分析25例脑干梗死患者的临床及MRI影像学资料,所有患者行常规T1WI、T2WI及液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)扫描,14例急性期病例行弥散加权成像(DWI)扫描。结果25例患者中,超急性期4例,急性期13例,亚急性期6例,慢性期2例;小脑右侧半球梗死6例,左侧半球梗死3例,双侧半球梗死2例,小脑中脚梗死4例,小脑半球并小脑蚓部梗死3例,小脑梗死并脑干梗死2例。结论MRI能清晰显示小脑梗死,是诊断小脑梗死的最佳影像学方法。
