超声检查对术后子宫愈合情况的评估作用

目的探讨超声检查对术后子宫愈合的评估价值。方法用超声检查记录260例剖宫产术后6～8d的子宫大小、宫腔、切口及子宫旁情况，分析超声检查的价值。结果子宫复旧不良54例，占20．8％；宫腔少量积血150例，占57．7％；中等量积血16例，占6．2％；大量积血6例，占2．3％。子宫切口愈合良好226例，占86．8％。切口愈合欠佳22例，占8．5％。切口愈合不良8例，占3．1％。宫旁血肿4例，占1．5％。结论超声检查能早期诊断术后子宫出血、切口愈合、宫旁血肿等并发症。

Analysis and Observation of Uterus with Ultrasound B after Cesarean Section Operation

Objective Observing the heeling of uterus after cesarean section operation through ultrasound B. Method Observing the size of uterus, uterine cavity, cut, particulars of side of the uterus of 260 cases after 6～8 days following the cesarean section operation with ultrasound B. Result After operation,the uterus of 206 cases heel well,and the ratio of uterus cavity hemorrhage, poor heeling of uterus cut, and parametrium hematoma is 65. 1% , 11.4% and 1. 5% respectively. Conclusion The ultrasound B inspection can make early diagnosis of complications after the cesarean section operation, such as hemorrhage, poor heeling of uterus cut and parametrium hematoma and provide basis for clinic.
