| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对母婴同室剖宫产产妇静脉留置针穿刺不同部位的比较和分析,获得母婴同室中剖宫产产妇行下肢大隐静脉留置针穿刺的优点.方法 将260例剖宫产产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,观察两组产妇的穿刺部位的肿胀、留置针脱出情况.结果 下肢大隐静脉留置针穿刺反复穿刺率低.

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the advantages of large saphenous vein as the puncture site for venous retention when compared with other sites on caesarean section of direct rooming- in. Methods 260 caesarean section subjects of direct rooming-in were randomized into study group and control group, and swelling reactions,and slippage incidence of retained needle were monitored for subjects of both groups. Results Our data demonstrated that there is lower recurring puncture incidence associated with venous retention using large saphenous vein. |
