鼻咽中药冲洗对鼻咽癌放疗并发症防治的作用

 目的 探讨鼻咽中药冲洗对鼻咽癌放疗并发症的防治作用。方法 122例鼻咽癌患者分为鼻咽中药治疗组60例和对照组62例，治疗组应用中药鼻咽冲洗，经鼻腔、鼻咽、口咽吐出，对照组用生理盐水冲洗。结果 治疗组较对照组口腔黏膜反应、口臭、鼻窦炎、鼻腔粘连减少，有明显效果（P＜0.01）。结论 鼻咽中药冲洗可有效减少鼻咽癌放疗反应及并发症，提高生活质量。

The effect of traditional Chinese medicine washing of nasopharynx in preventing and treating the radiotherapy complication in NPC patients

Objective To explore the effect of preventing and treating the radiotherapy complication in patients of NPC by traditional Chinese medicine washing of nasopharynx. Methods 122 cases with NPC were divided into two groups: 60 patients served as the treating group, who were treated in the new method, another 62 patients as controls. Washed with the Chinese medicine and spewed it from mouth through nasal cavity and nasopharynx. The control group was washed with sodium chloride. Results The result indicated that the treating group was more effective than control group in decreasing ill effects of radiotherapy and complication. Conclusion The new method can decrease ill effects of radiotherapy and complication, and also can increase the quality of life.
