低分子肝素钙联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

目的：探讨低分子肝素钙、阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：126例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组58例,观察组68例。对照组予肠溶阿司匹林、硝酸酯、β-受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂等治疗。观察组在上述治疗基础上予低分子肝素钙5 000 IU皮下注射12h/1次,阿托伐他汀钙10mg,每晚1次,14d为1个疗程进行疗效比较。结果：观察组总有效率94.1%,对照组为74.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀钙联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

Clinical observation of unstable angina treated by low molecular heparin calcium and atorvastatin calcium

Objective To discuss the curative effect of unstable angina treated by low molecular heparin calcium and atorvatatin calcium.Method Total 126 cases with unstable angina were collected,and randomly divided into in the observation group(n=68) and the comparison group(n=58).Both groups were treated by aspirin,nitrate,β-receptor blocker and calciumion antagon.The observation group treated with low molecular heparin calcium and atorvatatin calcium on the basis of the above treatment.The treatment lasted for 14 days.Results The observation group had a effective rate of 94.1%,and the comparison group was 74.1%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The atorvatatin calcium combined with low molecular heparin calcium treatment is effective in the treatment of unstable angina.
