| 摘 要： | 近年来随着皮肤替代物的研究工作的深入开展和普及，将彻底改变烧伤创面修复对自体皮源的高度依赖，提高严重创伤和大面积烧伤救治成功率，并改善创面修复质量。皮肤替代物具有广阔的临床使用价值和应用前景。本文介绍了永久性皮肤替代物研究的现状和进展。

| Abstract: | With the research work on skin substitutes universally being started, the development has been promising in recent years. The results of this field of research would completely change the fact that deep burn wounds could only be repaired with autologous skin grafting. It is our expectation that with the advent of these permanent skin substitutes , the survival rate of severe trauma could be raised and the quality of wound repair could be improved. The development and the status of permanent skin substitutes will briefly be introduced. |
