乙醇法提取苦瓜皂苷工艺择优研究

摘    要:目的:采用正交实验法优化苦瓜中皂苷的提取工艺。方法以乙醇为提取溶剂,采用乙醇回流提取法,对苦瓜中的皂苷进行提取,通过正交实验,对提取温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数5个因素进行了考察探索出提取苦瓜皂苷的最佳工艺条件。结果苦瓜皂苷的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度75%,提取温度70℃,料液比1∶30,提取时间2.5 h,提取次数2次,皂苷平均得率为0.65%。结论提取工艺稳定、可行、有较高的提取率,并为苦瓜皂苷的进一步的深入研究奠定了一定基础。

Research on the extraction process of the saponin from balsam pear
Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of the saponin from balsam pear by orthogonal design . Methods In orthogonal experiment ,ethanol concentration ,extraction temperature ,extraction time and solid-liquid ra-tio and extraction times five factors were investigated .Results The optimum extraction conditions of balsam pear saponin was:75%ethanol,temperature 70 ℃,material ratio 1∶30,times of extraction 2.5 h,times of extraction 2. Average content of saponin was 0.65%.Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,easily and suitable for the determination of the saponin from balsam pear .
