内镜下金属钛夹联合尼龙绳治疗Dieulafoy病16例疗效分析

目的 探讨内镜下金属钛夹联合尼龙绳治疗Dieulafoy病的临床疗效.方法 选取2010-2014年我院消化内镜中心经胃镜确诊的上消化道Dieulafoy病并出血的16例患者,均采用金属钛夹联合尼龙绳的方式进行治疗.结果 所有患者早期止血成功率为100％,随访6个月,无1例患者发生再出血.结论 内镜下金属钛夹联合尼龙绳治疗Dieulafoy病手术时间短,疗效显著,无再出血的发生,是一种安全有效的治疗方法.

Efficacy of titanium clip forceps combined with nylon loop in 16 cases of Dieulafoy's lesion

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of titanium clip forceps combined with nylon loop for Dieulafoy's lesion hemorrhage.Methods Sixteen patients with Dieulafoy's lesion hemorrhage were selected in our endoscopy center from 2010 to 2014.All patients underwent endoscopic treatment of titanium clip forceps combined with nylon loop.Result The success rate of initial hemostasis was 100％.After follow-up for 6 months,no one bled again.Conclusion The endoscopic treatment of titanium clip forceps combined with nylon loop has short operation time,good treatment effect and no bleeding recurrence,and is an effective and safe method for Dieulafoy's lesion hemorrhage.
