| 摘 要： | 目的提高对真菌性中耳炎的诊断与治疗水平。方法先以双氧水清洗外耳道厦鼓室，再注入大扶康，2次／d，连续4周。结果12例治愈8例，显效3例，无效1例。有效率91．6％，8例病人纯音测听示听力提高10-20dB。结论大扶康治疗真菌性中耳炎安全有效，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To improve the diagnosis and treatment of the otitis media infected by epiphyte. [Methoils] To wash external auditory meatus and tympanum with hydrogen peroxide and then lavage them with Fluconazol twice a day for 4 weeks. [Results] Ten cases were cured Olle effective and one invalid. The effective rate of curative effect was 91.6%. For eight out of twelve patients, the audition was improved by 10-20dB. [Conclusion] It is safe and effective to treat the chronic otitis media infected by epiphyte with Fiuconazol and worth to use widely in the clinic. |
