肝炎后非酒精性脂肪肝的膳食营养干预

目的观察营养干预对肝炎后非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的改善。方法52例肝炎后NAFL患者随机分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=23),两组给予相同的药物治疗,观察组另给予为期6个月的营养干预,对照组则自主选择食物。结果观察组经营养干预后人体各项测量值,天冬氨酸转移酶、丙氨酸转移酶、甘油三脂、血糖和胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05～0.01),高密度脂蛋白较对照组明显上升(P<0.05),而总胆红素的水平两组间差异无显著性。B超结果显示,观察组干预后有17例患者脂肪肝得到改善,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论合理的营养干预可以稳定肝炎病情,并使患者脂肪肝得到改善。

Nutritional Intervention of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver in Post Hepatitis Patients

Objective To observe the improvement of nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFL)in post hepatitis patients withnutritional intervention. Methods Fifty-two post hepatitis patients with NAFL were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group(n = 29) and control group(n = 23). Both groups received the same pharmaco-therapy. The treatment group was given diet intervention for 6 months while control group chose foods freely. Results The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), triglyeride(TG), glucose(GLU), cholesterol(CH), and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)of the treatment group were signi-ficantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05-0.01), while high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)wassignificantly higher (P < 0.05). Total cholerythrin had no significant difference between these two groups. Ultrasound showed that 17 cases improved in the treatment group while only 2 improved in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusions Reasonable diet intervention can stabilize hepatitis and improve fatty liver.
