| 摘 要： | 目的:观察在彩超监控下心包穿刺抽液的疗效及护理措施.方法:对2例心包积液患者穿刺抽液的前后进行对比.结果:两例患者经彩超监控下进行心包穿刺后,病情痊愈.结论:在彩超监控下行心包穿刺可避免对心肌和血管损伤,但必须严格执行无菌操作,必须严格掌握心包穿刺的适应症和禁忌症,以保证心包穿刺的安全性、合理性.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects and nursing measures of treating hydropericardium under color ultrasonic equipment. Methods To compare the results before and after the treatment. Results Two cases were cured after the treatment of tapping. Conclusion The treatment can avoid the hurt to cardiac muscle and blood vessel with aseptic manipulation, and indications and contraindications should be paid much attention so as to eusure the security and reasonableness of it. |
