芪脂饮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病96例临床观察

目的观察自拟芪脂饮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)的临床疗效。方法将191例冠心病患者随机分为2组。治疗组96例予芪脂饮治疗,每日1剂,煎取300mL分2次口服。对照组95例予辛伐他汀治疗,每日20mg,晚间1次顿服。2组均12周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组的临床疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减率以及血脂和血液流变学等指标的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率86.5%,对照组总有效率68.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组心电图疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组硝酸甘油停减率87.3%,对照组停减率72.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血脂各项指标与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论芪脂饮治疗冠心病确有良好疗效。

Clinical observation of Qizhi liquid for treating coronary heart disease

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of Qizhi liquid on coronary heart disease.Method We divided the 191 patients into two groups at random,they were test group and control group.The test group have 96 patients.they were treated with Qizhi liquid.Moreover,the control group have 95 patients which were treated with Simvastatin.The was 12 weeks in both groups.After one course of treatment,we observed the reform situation of clinic symptoms,cardiogram,serum lipid and hemorheology.Results The total effective rate in test group(86.5%) was higher than that in control group(68.4%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference on improvement of ECG between two groups(P>0.05).Reduction rate in test group(87.3%) was higher than that in control group(72.1%,P<0.05).Each indexes of blood lipid in test group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Qizhi liquid has definite effect for treating coronary heart disease.
