| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动态心电图监测在小儿可疑病毒性心肌炎中的诊断价值。方法对68例小儿可疑病毒性心肌炎的动态心电图和常规心电图资料进行对比分析。结果常规心电图正常的36例中，动态心电图检出各种心律失常24例，而常规心电图异常的32例中排除器质性病变的有6例。结论动态心电图不仅可提高心肌炎患儿心律失常的检出率，对心律失常可作定性分析，也可排除器质性病变，提高诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) in children suspicious viral myocarditis.Methods The Electrocardiography(ECG)and DCG of 68 children with suspicious viral myocarditis were analyzed.Results 24 cases with arrhythmia were examined by DCG in 36 cases with normal ECG,while organic cardiopathy were eliminated by DCG in 6 cases within 32 cases with abnormal ECG.Conclusion DCG could improve detectable rate of arrhythmia in children suspicious viral myocarditis,meanwhile eliminate organic disease and increase diagnosis rate. |
