| 摘 要： | 目的评价皮肤病药物的应用现状及发展趋势。方法对2005—2008年皮肤病用药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均用药金额进行回顾性分析。结果皮肤病用药以口服为主,占平均销售金额的66.77%。抗变态反应药在皮肤病用药中占有极其重要的地位,平均销售金额和DDDs分别占各治疗类别总金额和总DDDs的33.25%和34.76%。结论在皮肤病治疗中,抗菌药物及激素类药物应用基本合理,但应注意对影响免疫功能的药物临床应用的监测。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the actuality and trend of the use of dermatologic drugs in the hospital. Methods The sale, use frequency and the average sum of dermatologic drugs each day were retrospectively analyzed in the hospital from 2005 to 2008. Results The use of dermatologic drugs in the hospital was mainly oral administration and accounted for 66. 77% of the average sum. Antiallergic drugs were extremely important. Its average consumption sum and DDDs accounted for 33.25% of all sum and 34. 76% of all DDDs respectively. Conclusion The use of antibacterial and hormonal drugs is basically rational. Attention should be paid to monitor the clinical use of the drugs influencing immune function. |
