| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆道结石术后常规胆道镜检查的临床价值。方法：对27例胆管结石术后的病人常规行纤维胆道镜检查，其结果与胆管造影结果进行对比分析。结果：在12例术后造影检查无异常的病例中，发现小残石3例，华支睾肝吸虫1例，胆总管下端开口部炎性鼻肉1例，胆总管下端开口部松弛并返流2例。结论：胆道镜检查能发现胆道造影检查不能发现的病变，应作为胆道结石术后的常规检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical values of routine fibrocholedochoscope after operation of bile duct stones Methods:Fibrocholedochoscope was performed for 27 patients operated for bile duct stone,the results were compared with those of cholangiograph Results:Of 12 patients without lesion detected by cholangiograph,3 cases were found with small stones,1 case with clonorchis sinensis,1 case with inflammatory polyp from ampulla,2 cases with regargitation of intestinal juice Conclusion:Fibrocholedochoscope can detect some lesions that cholangiograph can not,it should be performed as routine examination after operation of bile duct stone |
