补肾化瘀方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

目的探讨补肾化瘀方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者64例随机分为2组,在维生素类药物口服基础上,治疗组32例予补肾化瘀方水煎服,对照组32例予护肝片口服,2组均以26周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标。结果治疗组治疗后血清肝纤维化指标与治疗前比较均明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组治疗后HA、PCⅢ与治疗前比较有所下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而ⅣC、LN下降不明显,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后血清肝纤维化指标治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组肝功能复常率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论补肾化瘀法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化有一定疗效,无明显不良反应。

Investigation of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis therapy on the treatment of chronic hepatitis with hepatic fibrosis

Objective To investigate the effect of invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis therapy on the treatment of chronic hepatitis with hepatic fibrosis. Methods 64 patients with chronic hepatitis b were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of oral administration of vitamin medicine, patients in treatment group （ n = 32） were treated by invigoratingthe kidney and removing blood stasis therapy, and patients in control group （ n = 32） were treated by liver -aid tablets. The course was 26 weeks in two groups. Liver function and serum hepatic fibrosis indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results Serum hepatic fibrosis indexes after treatment were lower than those before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. HA and PCIII after treatment were lower than those before treatment in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. IVC and LN after treatment were not obviously lower than those before treatment in control group （ P 〉 0.05）. There was significant difference between treatment group and control group on serum hepatic fibrosis indexes （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum hepatic fibrosis indexes in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment. Normalization rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group. There was no obvious difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Invigorating the kidney and removing blood stasis therapy has definite effect on the treatment of chronic hepatitis with hepatic fibrosis.
