十味龙胆花颗粒治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作36例

目的 :观察十味龙胆花颗粒治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效。方法 :6 6例慢性支气管炎急性发作的患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,从咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、肺部哮鸣音等方面观察治疗前后和 2组间变化 ,并以记分的形式进行统计学处理。结果 :2组治疗后积分均显著高于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组积分显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组总有效率为 86 .11% ,对照组总有效率为 6 0 .0 0 % ,2组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :十味龙胆花颗粒有改善慢性支气管炎急性发作的咳、痰、喘、炎的作用。

Efficacy of Shiweinongdanhua granule in the treatment of chronic bronchitis

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shiweinongdanhua granule in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods :66 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The test group( n =36) was treated with antibacterial and Shiweinongdanhua granule for 14 days.The control group( n =30) was only treated with antibacterial for 14 days.Before and after treatment,the cough,sputum,wheeze and dry rales in the lungs were observed to counteract the score record which were statisticsed to learn the examination. Results :In the two groups, the cough,sputum,wheeze and dry rales in the lungs was significantly decreased after treatment( P <0.05).The scores of the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05).The total effective rate of the test group(86.11%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.00%) ( P <0.05). Conclusion :Shiweinongdanhua granule is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.
