| 摘 要： | 建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法检测复方制剂中头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶含量的方法 .头孢氨苄浓度为 0 .0 5～ 2 .0 0mg/mL、甲氧苄啶浓度为 0 .0 1～ 0 .40mg/mL时存在良好的线性关系 .头孢氨苄回收率为 10 0 .4% ,RSD =0 .5 8% (n =7) ;甲氧苄啶回收率为 10 0 .2 % ,RSD =0 .6 2 % (n =7) .

| Abstract: | A RP-HPLC method in the separation and determination of a compound preparation consisting of cefalexin and trimethoprim was developed.In the method hypersil BDS C 8 as the stationary phase and acetonitrile-0-01 mol/L NH 4Cl 0.01 mol/L 1heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt-glacial acetic acid(25∶70∶5∶02)as the mobile phase were adopted and the detection wavelength of 296 nm was specified.Results:the standard curves for cefalexin and trimethoprim was liner in the range 0.05～0.20 mg/mL(r=0.999 6)and trimethoprim was liner in the range 0.01～0.40 mg/mL(r=0.999 8).100.4% with RSD 0.58%(n=7)and 100.2% with RSD 0.62%(n=7).The recoveries both for cefalexin and trimethoprim of the method are 101.4% and 99.5% respectively.The method is simple,rapid and reliable. |
