摘    要:用毛细管区带电泳法同时测定喘咳宁片中的盐酸麻黄碱和巴比妥的含量 .以苯巴比妥为内标物 ,以 2 0mmol/L硼砂 2 0mmol/L磷酸二氢钠 (pH 7.0 )为运行缓冲液 ,分离电压为 9.0kV时 ,在 9min内完成分离 .盐酸麻黄碱和巴比妥分别在 0 .17~ 1.39mmol/L和 0 .5 4~ 4.16mmol/L范围内有良好线性关系 (r =0 .9987和r =0 .996 3) ,最低检测限分别为 2 .97μmol/L和3.2 6 μmol/L(S/N >3) ,回收率分别为 99.4%和 10 2 .2 % ,系统的精密度良好 ,RSD在 5 .0 %以内 .

Abstract:A capillary zone electrophoresis method was developed for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and barbital in the Chuankening Tablets.The running buffer was 20 mmol/L borate20 mmol/L NaH-2PO-4 (pH 7.0),phenobarbital was chosen as the internal standard.The separation was completed within 9 min at a voltage of 9.0 kV.The linear ranges were 0.17~1.39 mmol/L and 0.54~ 4.16 mmol/L,the recoveries were 99.4% and 102.2% and the limits of detection were 2.97μmol/L and 3.26 μmol/L (S/N>3)for ephedrine hydrochloride and barbital respectively.An RSD<5.0% was achieved for both compounds.
