| 摘 要： | 目的评价根管显微镜联合超声器械处理困难根管的临床疗效。方法对208个常规治疗无法处理的困难根管,包括钙化不通、器械折断、侧穿底穿,采用根管显微镜配合超声器械处理并统计成功率。结果钙化不通根管、器械折断根管、侧穿底穿根管的治疗成功率分别为77.01%、75.26%、70.83%,总体成功率为75.48%。结论根管显微镜联合超声技术可以使许多困难根管得到完善治疗。
