表面麻醉下白内障小切口摘出联合人工晶状体植入术

目的　探讨表面麻醉下对白内障患者施行巩膜隧道小切口 +人工晶状体植入术的可行性及疗效。方法　表面麻醉下行小切口白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入共 6 6 7例 70 0眼。分别于术前 ,术后 1d、1周、1个月及 3个月进行视力和角膜散光检测。结果　所有术眼均在表面麻醉下顺利完成 ,其中 9眼由于患者术中焦虑 ,不配合 ,导致手术时间延长。术后 1d、1周、1个月和 3个月视力≥ 0 .5者分别为 5 7.9%、93.6 %、94 .0 %、93.6 % .术后散光 1周与术前比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后 1、3个月与术前比较差异也无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　表面麻醉下对白内障患者施行小切口白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术具有安全、有效、并发症少等优点 ,并可使术后视力早期恢复

Topical anaesthesia for cataract extraction combined intraocular lens implantation by a small incision

Objective To observe the clinical results of topical anaesthesia for cataract extraction with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation through a small incision.Methods Seven hundred eyes with cataract were performed through cataract extraction with IOL implantation by a small incision. The visual acuity and astigmatism were observed before and 1 day,1 week, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively.Results All operations were performed under topical anaesthesia. There were only 9 eyes lasted longer operation time because of the patients' worry and bad cooperation.The average uncorrected visual acuity with 0.5 or better was 57.9% on the 1st day, and 93.6% ,94.0% and 93.6% respectively in the 1st week,the 1st month and the 3rd month postoperatively. The corneal astigmatism had no significant differences between after and before operations( P >0.05).Conclusion For cataract,the intraocular surgery with topical anaesthesia through a small incision is effective and safe, and it can make good visual acuity rehabilitation at early postoperative stage.
