| 摘 要： | 为了寻找较ＬＡＫ、ＴＩＬ细胞更为优越的抗癌活性细胞，研究了淋巴因子诱导的细胞毒细胞（Ｌｙｍｐｈｏｋｉｎｅ－ｉｎｄｕｃｅｄＣｙｔｏｔｏｘｉｃＣｅｌｌ，ＬＩＣＣ）的抗癌作用及其对荷癌机体免疫功能的影响。实验结果显示，ＬＩＣＣ能够有效地抑制荷瘤ＢＥＲＨ－２肝癌ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠腹水的产生及其癌肿的扩散。荷瘤鼠外周血Ｔ细胞亚群动态监测结果显示，ＬＩＣＣ能够有效地阻止荷瘤鼠外周血Ｔ总、Ｔｈ细胞的下降，抑制Ｔｓ细胞的升高。从实验的第３周开始，两组间的Ｔｈ、Ｔ总细胞水平有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而ＰＦＣ、ＱＨＳ测定结果提示，ＬＩＣＣ对机体体液免疫的影响甚微。

| Abstract: | We studied the antitumor activity of lymphokine-induced cytotoxic cell (LICC) and its effect on immune function of tumor-bearing rat.The results showed that LICC effectively restrained the production of ascites and the metastasis of the BERH-2 hepatoma.Also LICC effectively inhibited the decline of Th cell and the rising of Ts cell,the total T cell and Th cell of the experimental group were by far outnumbered that in the control group(P<0.01) during the third week of the experiment,but the results of PFC and QHS showed that there was no influence of LICC on the humoral immunity of the hepatoma-bearing rats. |
