临床护理路径在臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用与探讨

目的建立完善的臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理路径,使患者手术前后的医疗护理服务规范化。方法按入院先后顺序随机将60例患者分为对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组采用按常规医嘱进行护理。实验组按临床护理路径方法制定围手术期间护理路线图进行护理。观察2组患者掌握腰椎间盘疾病相关知识和相关技能,平均住院时间、平均住院费用、术后尿潴留和患者满意度有无差异。结果2组患者所获得的结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效提高护士的工作质量和患者的遵医行为,从而提高了医院的社会效益和经济效益。

Application and discussion of clinical nursing path in lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients with ozone interventional treatment

Objective To establish and improve the ozone interventional treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical trails so that patients received the standardization of medical care before and after surgery.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control and experimental group,each group were 30 cases.Patients in the control group received conventional medical advice for nursing.Patients in the experimental group received the method of clinical nursing path during the peri-operative care for the sick formulate the road map for care.Following index were observed,including mastering of knowledge and skills,average length of stay,average hospital charges,postoperative urinary retention,satisfaction.of patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Results Differences in the results obtained by the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed priority in experimental group to control group.Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway involved in ozone interventional treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion effectively improve the quality of nursing and patient compliance behavior,thereby increasing the hospital's social and economic benefits.
