高效液相色谱法测定乌军治胆片中大黄素和大黄酚含量

目的建立乌军治胆片（乌梅、大黄、栀子、佛手）中大黄素和大黄酚含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，以Hypersilcts柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）为固定相，甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（80：20）为流动相，检测波长254nm。结果大黄素与大黄酚的质量浓度线性范围分别为0．034～0．204mg／mL（r=0．9999）和0．1975～1．185mg／mL（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率分别为97．89％和99．17％，RSD分别为0．57％和0．80％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便准确，重复性好，可用于乌军治胆片的质量控制。

Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Wujunzhidan Tablets by HPLC

Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Wujunzhidan Tablets （Fructus Mume, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Fructus Gardenia, Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis）. Methods The samples were separated on the Hypersil-C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1%H3PO4（80 ： 20）and the detection wavelength was set at 254nm, Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.034-0.204 mg/mL（r=0.999 9）for emodin and in the range of 0. 197 5- 1.185 mg/mL（ r = 0. 999 9） for chrysophanol respectively. The average recovery rates were 97.89%, RSD = 0.57% （n = 6） and 99.17%, RSD = 0.80% （n =6）, respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate and repeatable, which can be used for the quality control of Wujunzhidan Tablets.
