| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胎儿神经系统畸形超声诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析2001年1月~2005年4月在我院建卡检查的孕妇,其胎儿神经系统畸形均经过引产或生产后证实。结果:检出胎儿畸形399例,发生中枢系统畸形73例,约占18·3%,其中脑积水为38例(52·1%)最为常见,其次是无脑儿和脑脊膜膨出,计35例。产前超声诊断和产后完全符合70例,正确率为95·9%。结论:超声是中枢神经系统畸形产前诊断的主要手段。不同神经系统畸形首次检出和观察的时限不同,应注重超声检查的连续性和筛查时期。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the value of ultrasound diagnosing neural malformation of fetus.Method:To analyse the data in retrospect of pregnant women in our hospital from Jan 2001 to April 2005.Result:There are 73 neural malformation in all malformations of 399 cases,accounting for 18.3%.Among them,hydrocephalus(30/73)is the most common.Anencephalia and meningocele rank the second and the third place.The correct rate is 95.9%.Conclusion:Ultrasound has been the main means to diagnose neural malformation of fetus.The first time of check-up and the progression are more important. |
