哮喘发作中的血小板活化

摘    要:本实验对20例健康受试者(男11例,女9例,平均年龄32岁)和17例哮喘患者(男9例,女8例,平均年龄34岁)的发作期及缓解期外周血血小板计数,血小板聚集功能及血小板丙二醛生成量进行测定。结果显示哮喘发作期外周血血小板计数减少(P<0.01),血小板聚集功能增强,血小板丙二醛生成量增多(P<0.05)。缓解期血小板聚集功能及血小板丙二醛生成量均与正常对照组相近(P>0.05)。表明哮喘发作中存在血小板活化,并与哮喘的发病机理密切相关。血小板活化可能在哮喘的发病过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:To investigate the role of platelet in bronchial asthma,platelet count,platelet aggregation and malondialdehyde(MDA)production havebeen measured in 17 asth-matic patients and 20 normal subjects. In patients during the attack period of time,the de-crease of platelet count,the increase of platelet ability to aggregate and the increase ofplatelet MDA production were observed.During the remission period of time,platelet aggre-gation and MDA production were mainly resumed to normal range. From these results it isdemonstrated that platelet activation exist in asthmatic attack and could be highly importantelement in the pathogenesis of asthma. Platelet activation may play an important role inasthmatic attack.
