我国中西部地区乡镇公共卫生服务现状分析

目的研究我国中西部地区乡镇公共卫生服务存在的问题及原因，为改善乡镇公共卫生服务提供依据。方法采用典型抽样和分阶段抽样调查相结合的方法，选取河南省和重庆市作为样本省（市），通过问卷调查和深入访谈调查，用描述性分析对调查归纳的重点内容进行剖析，探讨存在的问题并原因。结果乡镇公共卫生服务存在经济发展水平制约公共卫生工作的发展、防保设施简陋、人员素质不高、经费缺乏、公共卫生服务功能难以切实落实等问题。

An Analysis of Current Township Public Health Service Situation in the Central and Western Regions

Objectives To offer the basis for improving the township public health service by exploring the existing problems and their reasons.Methods We choose the Henan province and Chongqing city as the sample areas by multiple-stage sampling and typical sampling method.Using questionnaire and individual in-depth interview method,we investigate the current situation of the township public health service and find the existing problems and explore the reasons.Results The problems of the township public health included the low economic development level restricting the development of public health service,the poor health care facility,the low quality of public health service personnel,inadequate public health service funds and malfunction of public health service.
