摘    要:<正> 巨噬细胞是机体内一类十分活跃的免疫细胞,它在非特异性和特异性免疫过程中发挥着重要作用。近年来,随着对T、B、淋巴细胞亚群研究的深入,人们对巨噬细胞亚群的研究亦给予了极大的关注。大量的实验证明,不仅不同组织中的巨噬细胞在功能、形态和生物学特性等方面存在着明显的差异,即使同一组织器官中的巨噬细胞亦有明显的功能上的不同。许多学者运用密度梯度分离方法将同一来源的巨噬细胞分为若干亚群,从不同角度证明单一组织来源的巨噬细胞,其特征和活性均具有异质性。关于这方面的研究主要涉及巨噬细胞的吞噬和杀伤作用、Fc受体、巨噬细胞佩带的Ia抗原分子、巨噬细胞


SELECTED ABSTRACTS IN ENGLISH IN THIS ISSUE Heterogeneity of Fc and C_3 Receptors of Peritoneal Macrophages with Fluorescent Staining
Abstract:with the advances in researches on the subpopulations of T and B lymphocytes, great interest is being given to the subpopulations of macrophages.Using fluorescent staining, we showed 4 types of macrophages of different fluorescent colors in rabbit lymph nodes and mouse peritoneal exudate. Type 1 showed dark blue fluorescent color in both the lymph nodes and the peritoneal exudate, type 2 light blue, type 3 bluish-green and type 4 yellow. Experiments of EA rosette and EAC rosette formation in mice peritoneal macrophages induced by dextran and BCG were done respectively to observe wtehher there were obvious differences in number and distribution of Fc and C3 receptors among macrophages with heterogeneous fluoresecnt staining, thus to observe differences in function. It was shown that there was obvious difference in binding ability with sheep erythrocytes between macrophages of dark blue color and yellow color of fluorescence. Complete rosettes were formed in most macrophages of dark blue color of fluorescence,and large rosettes in a small part, while no complete rosette or no rosette was formed in a very few of them. The ability to form EA and EAC rosettes in macrophages of yellow fluorescent color was lower; complete rosettes were formed in only a small part of them and no rosette was formed in approximately % of them.EA and EAC rosettes were formed in most macrophages of light blue52 and bluish-green fluorescent colors, but the conjugation of sensitized sheep erythrocytes was less. Statistical results showed that there were obvious differences in number and distribution of Fc and C3 receptors among macrophages of heterogeneous fluorescent staining.It was considered that these differences were possibly directly related to their functional condition or degree of differentiation and that these macrophages with different colors of fluorescence might be of different functional subpopulations.
