140例青年前列腺组织病理学研究

目的 了解青年前列腺炎和良性前列腺增生（BPH）的病理患病情况。方法 前列腺标本来自140例猝死于非前列腺疾病的20～35岁青年器官捐献者，取周围带和移行带组织，常规病理检查。结果 32．9％（46／140）的标本病理呈慢性前列腺炎表现，其中灶性轻度间质炎42例，灶性轻度间质伴腺体周围炎3例，灶性轻度腺体周围炎1例。52．9％（74／140）病理呈BPH表现。结论 青年前列腺组织常见慢性前列腺炎和BPH的病理改变，慢性前列腺炎以轻度间质灶性炎最常见，BPH的组织学改变在年龄上有提前出现的趋势。

Histopathologic study of the prostate in 140 young men

Objective To understand the histopathological features of prostatitis and benign prostat-ic hyperplasia (BPH) in the population of young men. Methods Complete prostate specimens were obtained at autopsy from 140 organ donors ( aged 20 - 35years) who died of non-prostatic diseases. Tissues from the transition zone and the peripheral zone of each prostate were taken for routine pathological examination. Results Of 140 prostate specimens,46 (32.9% ) presented pathological changes of chronic prostatitis, including 42 cases of focal mild stromal inflammation,3 cases of focal mild stromal and periglandular inflammation and 1 case of focal mild perglanduar inflammation;74 (52.9% ) presented pathological changes of BPH. Conclusions The prevalence rates of chronic prostatitis and BPH are both high in the population of young men. Focal mild stromal inflammation is the commonest pathologic type of chronic prostatitis. Compared with documented data,the age of BPH prevalence appears to be younger than it used to be.
