重型颅脑损伤患者手术治疗策略探讨

目的 探讨手术治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的临床治疗策略.方法 分析经手术治疗的82例重型颅脑损伤患者的手术方式及综合治疗情况.结果 82例存活69例,生存率为84.1%;死亡13例,死亡率为15.9%;恢复良好40例,恢复良好率为48.7%.结论 对于手术治疗重型颅脑损伤病例,选择恰当的手术方式,合理的手术操作技能,以及有效的术后处理,对提高其生存率、生存质量有益.

Exploration of the surgical treatment stratagem on patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To explore the surgical treatment stratagem on the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 82 cases patients with severe craniocerebral injury, who were treated with surgical treatment in our hospital from 2008 to 2011, were analyzed retrospectively. Results 69 cases survived; the survival rate was 84.1%.The other 13 cases died; the mortality was 15.9%. 40 cases recovered well; it counted for 48.7%.Conclusion Choosing a suitable surgical treatment, using rational surgical operaion, and utilizing effectible postoperative nursing care to treat the patients with severe craniocerebral injury can increase their survival rate and promote their life quality.
