| 摘 要： | 目的 对胆管癌内镜治疗患者围手术期的护理工作进行分析、探讨和研究.方法 根据患者所接受护理方式的不同,将其分为护理组和对照组,两组患者均接受同样的手术治疗,但是对照组患者所接受的为常规护理,而护理组患者则接受如文中所述的护理措施.结果 两组患者在治疗的总有效率方面差异无显著性,但是护理组患者的治疗显效率却明显优于对照组...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic therapy for cholangiocarcinoma in the perioperative phase. Methods The patients were divided into study group and control group according to different patterns of nursing. Both groups received the same surgery; and the patients in the control group received conventional care whereas those in the study group received special nursing care. Results The total effectiveness rate did not differ significantly between the two groups but the efficacy in the study group was markedly superior to that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions Good perioperative care can effectively shorten recovery duration in patients and enhance improvement of treatment quality. |
