摘    要:目的 探讨急诊经皮微创锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法 分析我院2004年10月-2009年10月采用急诊经皮微创锁定钢板技术治疗的28例患者;按AO分型:A1型10例,A2型9例,A3型5例,B1型4例.结果 28例均平均随访10.5个月(8-24个月),所有患者骨折均愈合,仅1例出现表皮水疱感染,未出现皮肤坏死、内固定松动断裂等并发症;根据美国足踝骨科学会评分系统评价踝关节功能,其中优23例,良3例,优良率为92.9%.结论 急诊经皮微创锁定钢板技术具有创伤小,同定牢靠且符合生物力学特征,骨折愈合快及关节功能恢复好等优点,是治疗胫骨远端骨折可靠、有效的方法.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of emergency treatment of distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive locking compression percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. Methods From October 2004 to October 2009, 28 patients in our hospital have been used emergency treatment of distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive locking compression percutaneous plate osteosynthesis, according to AO classification: 10 cases of A1 type, 9 cases of A2 type, 5 cases of A3 type, type 4 cases of B1. Results 28 patients were followed up for 10.5 months (6~24 months),all fractures healed, only 1 case appeared infection of skin blisters, complications like skin necrosis or loose fracture fixation didn' t appear. According to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society score systematic evaluation of ankle function, we found 23 cases excellent, 3 cases good, good rate of 92.9%. Conclusion Emergency treatment of distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive locking compression percutaneous plate technology is less invasive with more stable fixation, in accordance with biomechanical characteristics, and have the advantages of faster fracture healing and better joint function recovery, which is reliable and effective .
