摘    要:目的探讨多媒体在显微外科临床护理教学的应用与效果。方法对2009年1月开始使用多媒体教学的96名护理实习生进行理论知识、出科操作等掌握程度考核、并对使用多媒体护理教学的认同程度的综合分析。结果护生对专科知识的掌握程度优秀率占93%,而且100%认同使用。结论多媒体教学,图文并茂、直观、能激发学习兴趣,明显提高显微外科专科知识技能水平,提高临床教与学质量,提高整体队伍的业务水平和素质水平,直接提高医院的声誉,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effects of teaching with multimedia in nursing care of microsurgery. Methods The grasping level of theoretical knowledge and nursing practice was assessed in 96 intern nurses who had received teaching with multimedia since January 2009. The degree of endorsement for teaching with was comprehensively analyzed. Results 93% of the intern nurses were excellence in the mastery of nursing knowledge and 100% endorsed this type of teaching. Conclusions Teaching with multimedia is illustrated and intuitive, stimulating an interest in learning. It can significantly enhance the nursing skills of microsurgical, improve the quality of clinical teaching, and increase the overall professional quality, leading to directly promote the reputation of hospitala. It is worth popularizing.
