喜辽妥软膏防治化疗性静脉炎的效果观察

目的探索一种操作简单、疗效显著、医护人员及病人乐于接受的预防和治疗化疗性静脉炎的方法。方法将使用环磷酰胺、5-氟脲嘧啶、表阿霉素化疗的住院病人随机分为实验组与对照组：实验组40例应用喜辽妥软膏在穿刺处周嘲并沿血管走向涂抹10～15cm，每天2次，每次化疗后继续涂抹3天；对照组41例则按传统静脉炎处理方法，用50％硫酸镁湿敷，每天2次，每次化疗后继续涂抹3天。结果两组病人静脉炎发生率分别为22．50％，67．29％（P〈0．05）。发生的静脉炎分级比较，疼痛缓解时间和炎症消除时间实验组均低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论喜辽妥软膏局部涂抹能有效减少环磷酰胺、5-氟脲嘧啶、表阿霉素所致的化学性静脉炎的发生，减轻静脉炎发生的程度，保证了化疗的正常进行，值得推广应用。

The efficacy of hirudoid ointment for chemotherapy-induced phlebitis

Objective To explore a simple, effective therapy in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis which medical staff and patients are all willing to use. Methods 81 patients who received chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, 5-fluorouracil, and pharmorubicin were randomly divided into two groups:study group ( n = 40 ) and control group ( n = 41 ). In the study group, hirudoid was applied around the puncture point and along the direction of the vessel of 10 - 15cm, twice daily for three days after the start of chemotherapy. The control group received traditional therapy for phlebitis - wet dressing with 50% magnesium sulfate, twice daily for three days. Results The incidence of phlebitis was 22.50% in hirudoid group and 67.29% in magnesium sulfate group ( P< 0.05 ). The time of pain-relief and that of inflammation elimination were shorter in the study group than in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions Topical hirudoid can effectively reduce the incidence rate of cyclophosphamide-, 5-fluorouracil-, and pharmorubicin-induced phlebitis, reduce the degree of phlebitis, and ensure the process of chemotherapy. It is worth popularizing.
