摘    要:目的研究某医院11年间中年住院患者的死亡情况数据,了解目前中年人的主要死因,并为制定相应的防治措施提供合理的依据。方法对2000-2010年间死亡的969住院中年病人的死因进行调查,对数据进行统计分析。结果中年住院人数在该院逐年升高,占总体住院病人的比例呈上升趋势,而死亡的比例逐年下降。前三位死因为恶性肿瘤(56.04%)、循环系统疾病(16.20%)、消化系统疾病(7.33%),而其中肝癌是恶性肿瘤中最主要的死囚,男性死亡的例数大于女性。结论开展各种形式的健康教育,增强健康意识,重视体检,甲.查早治,改善饮食,建立良好的心态环境,建设幸福家园、社区,提高中年人幸福感,减轻各方面压力是目前认为可降低这一系列疾病发病和死亡的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the causes of death of 969 middle-aged inpatients in order to provide reasonable evidences for establishing measurements to reduce the morbidity and mortality.Methods A total of 969 death cases of middle-aged inpatients were collected in our hospital from 2000 to 2010.Statistical summary was conducted on principal discharge diagnosis based on international classification of disease.Results The mortality rate of male was significantly higher than that of female;The top three death causes in order of frequency were tumor(56.04%),cardiovascular disease(16.20%)and digestive diseases(7.33%),hepatic carcinoma is the most important part of the tumor group.Conclusion Medical service should attach great importance to strengthen the prevention and control of common disease and frequently-occurring disease in middle-aged patients to reduce the morbidity and mortality.The effective methods include the follows:carry out all kinds of health education,enhance the health conscious,early medical examination and inspection,improve dietary habit,build up good mental states,increase the happiness and reduce pressure from all fields.
