纳洛酮联合胞二磷胆碱治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效观察

目的探讨纳洛酮联合胞二磷胆碱治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法将98例新生缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各49例；对照组给予支持治疗、镇静、降颅压、纠正酸中毒及应用脑细胞代谢药物等综合治疗，加用胞二磷胆碱；观察组则在对照组基础十加用纳洛酮治疗；观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91．84％，对照组总有效率为65．31％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论纳洛酮联合胞二磷胆碱治疗 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病，效果明显，无不良反应，可提高治愈率、降低病残率，值得临床推广应用。

Naloxone combined with Citicoline treatment for hypoxie-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Naloxone combined with Citicoline treatment for hypoxie-ischemic eneephalopathy.Methods 98 cases of hypoxie-isehemic eneephalopathy patients were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases for each group,the control group was treated with the combined treatment about supportive treatment,composure,lowering intracranial hypertension,correcting acidosis and using brain cell metabolism medicine and so on,and Citicoline was added for treatment.The observation group was treated with the sanle way of the control group,and adding Naloxone.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.84%,while the control group was 65.31%,there were statistical significance between them(P＜0.05). Conclusion The Naloxone combined with Citicoline treatment for hypoxie-ischemic encephalopathy has botter effects without adverse reaction,it can improve the cure rate,reduce the disability rate,worthy for clinical application.
