| 摘 要： | 目的评估CT引导下建立经皮肾穿刺通道行微创经皮肾镜取石术的方法及效果.方法回顾性分析26例肾结石患者在CT引导下建立经皮肾通道行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术.结果该组26例次均成功建立理想的穿刺通道,无通道建立过程中的常见严重并发症发生,术后结石梗阻均获解除.结论CT引导建立经皮肾通道行微创经皮肾镜取石术安全可行,对于复杂结石尤其具有独特的优势.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility and availability of CT-guided mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mini-PCNL) in treatment of renal calculi.Methods We retrospectively investigated 26 patients with renal calculi who were treated with mini-PCNL guided by CT.Results The renal tract for mini-PCNL was established successfully by the guide of CT without frequent severe complication in 26 cases.All cases were free from obstruction after operations.Conclusions Guidance with CT is available to the mini-PCNL.Especially it is safe and excellent in complex renal calculi. |
