联合电脑肝病治疗仪治疗病毒性肝炎的临床观察

目的 探讨在病毒性肝炎的治疗中联合使用WLGY801型电脑肝病治疗仪治疗的临床效果及护理方式。方法 采取临床随机分组病例对照试验方法。治疗组95例病毒性肝炎，在常规保肝治疗基础上加用WLGY801型电脑肝病治疗仪治疗，每日1次。每次32min，10d为1疗程，连续治疗2～3疗程。对照组95例病毒性肝炎，采用常规保肝治疗。分别观察各组临床主要症状、检测肝功能及血脂。结果 联合WLGY801型肝病治疗仪治疗组常规保肝治疗的消化道症状缓解时间、黄疸消退时间和转氨酶恢复正常时间显著缩短，优于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论WLGY801型电脑肝病治疗仪对病毒性肝炎的治疗有良好辅助作用。

The effect and nursing of ordinary therapy combined with WLGY801 liver disease therapy instrument in patients with the virus hepatitis

Objective To evaluate the effect and nursing of ordinary therapy combined with WLGY801 Liver Disease Therapy Instrument in patients with the virus hepatitis. Methods 190 patients with virus hepatitis were randomly classified into two groups: (n = 95, using ordinary therapy and n = 95, using ordinary therapy combined with WLGY 801 Liver Disease Therapy Instrument) only routine therapy of hepatitis was applied with 2 or 3 courses of 10 days. Results The time for improvement of symptoms include hypodynamia, anorexia and sleep, icterus elimination and transaminase recovery in treatment group with WLGY801 Liver Disease Therapy Instrument was markedly shortened than that in control group. Conclusion The computer - aided curative equipment is an effective assisted device for the treatment of virus hepatitis.
