| 摘 要： | 自１９７７年至１９９２年收治四肢外伤性动脉瘤５９例，以锐器所致的股动脉损伤居多。所有病例经动脉破口修补和血管重建等术式治疗，术后均完全康复。随访５４例，时间６个月至１１年。恢复工作和劳动者５２例。文中就外伤性四肢动脉瘤的诊断、手术方法和术后处理等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | ifty-nine cases of traumatic aneurysms of
extremities from 1977 to 1992 are report-ed. Most of the trauma were located in the femoral
arteries. The most frequent cause wassharp instrument injury. All cases received operative
treatment. Artetial lesion repair andvascular reconstruction were the chief operative methods.
All cases recovered completely af-ter the operation ; 54 cases were followed up from six
months to eleven years, 96. 3% ofthem went back to their original work. The diagnosis ,
operative methods and post-operativemanagement of traumatic aneurysm of extremities were
discussed. |
