摘    要:定位于20p13ADAM33基因已被认为是哮喘易感基因。ADAM33在间质细胞限制性表达,参与气道结构的改变,与支气管高反应性和加速肺功能下降有关。ADAM33影响疾病的表型,可作为一个主要的形态形成修复基因,可能与慢性阻塞性肺疾病和银屑病相关。越来越多的研究发现,对ADAM33的认识不再局限于哮喘,该基因变异对疾病表型的的影响尚须探索。

Abstract:Located on chromosome 20p13, a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 33 (ADAM33)is identified as a predisposing gene for asthma. ADAM33 expresses restrictively in mesenchymal cells, takes part in the change of structural airway, and associate with bronchial hyperresponsiveness and decreased lung function. ADAM33 influences disease phenotype, and works as a general mnrphogenetic repair gene, may associate with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and psoriasis. More and more studies have found that awareness of ADAM33 is no longer restricted to asthma, and the impact of the genetic variation on phenotype diseases is still needed to explore.
