摘    要:本文报导了球形芽孢杆菌2362株与苏云金杆菌以色列亚种混用杀灭蚊幼虫的效果。混用克服了2362对伊蚊效果差及B.t.i持效短的缺点,且对B.t.i有显著增效作用。表明两菌混用在实验室与现场的灭蚊幼效果均优于单菌应用。

Abstract:Bacillus sphaericus strain 2362 and Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 were blended to be a two-in-one-larvicicde against mosquito larvaes in laboratory and fields,The blended agent ovcrcomed the worse efficacy of B sphaericus strain 2362 against Aedes albopictus, other wise, it increased the persistant efficacy of B. Thuringiensis H-14 against mosquito larvaes. It is indicated that the blended agent was better more than single agent of both B. sphaericus and B. thuringiensis H-14.
