北京地区70家医院2004~2006年抗抑郁药应用分析

目的:了解北京地区抗抑郁药的应用情况及趋势。方法:对北京地区70家医院2004~2006年抗抑郁药的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计、分析。结果:北京地区2004~2006年抗抑郁药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。结论:5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂已成为一线抗抑郁药,三环类、四环类抗抑郁药应用逐年减少,新型抗抑郁药文拉法辛等异军突起。

Analysis of Utilization of Antidepressants in 70 Hospitals in Beijing from 2004 to 2006

OBJECTIVE. To investigate the utilization and its trend of antidepressants in Beijing. METHODS： The antidepressants used in 70 hospitals in Beijing from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of the variety, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of the antidepressants used in Beijing increased year by year. CONCLUSION： Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors （SSRIs） have become the first-line antidepressants, but the application of the trieyelie and tetraeyclie antidepressants decreased year by year. The new antidepressants such as venlafaxine increased sharply.
